I'm a finance executive, strategic advisor, and leadership coach with more than two decades of experience serving architecture, engineering, consulting, and professional services firms. My work sits where financial excellence meets people development.
I've spent my career widening opportunity, building leadership pipelines, and making workplaces more inclusive. I believe organizations perform best when diverse perspectives are valued and people can contribute authentically.
